If you
experience a problem with your home, first check the problem in your
Home Warranty Manual. If
this does not address the problem, and the situation is covered in your
warranty, simply complete our service request form or the form
located in the Home Warranty Manual and send it to our corporate office.
We promise to respond promptly. After receiving the warranty request,
we'll take appropriate action, as outlined in the warranty, including
repair or replacement, if applicable.
Items covered
under manufacturer or supplier warranty are not specifically covered
by Meadow Homes. However, for the first year, we'll assist you in obtaining
service if you are unable to do so directly with the supplier or manufacturer.
